Job description(Sales Manager):
1- Finding and selecting high quality candidates to become a career Financial Service Professional
2- Training new associates in all aspects of insurance and financial service sales and service in the classroom, in one–on–one sessions, and in client meetings.
3- Providing coaching and guidance to new associates on developing their business practice.
4- Achieve monthly target.
5- Will be responsible to fully manage a team of 15 financial advisors.
